    1 can cannellini beans
    1 large carrot, chopped and cooked
    1/4 cup peas
    1/4 green or red capsicum
    1 tsp of crushed chilli
    1 tsp of crushed ginger
    1 tbsp of tomato paste
    2 tbsp of multigrain breadcrumbs


Blend beans and cooked carrot, then mix together with remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Form into patties, then grill for 2 minutes each side until cooked.

Eat hot or cold.

    Might need a few more breadcrumbs so that the patties stay intact, but very nice flavours. - 7/13/08

    i just made these patties they were really nice.. next time i am going to use more bread crums so they stay together more.
