Ingredients

    I lb. ground turkey browned
    1 large onion chopped
    1 green pepper seeded and chopped
    1 red pepper seeded and chopped
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 Zuchinni chopped
    2 stalks celery sliced
    1/2 Eggplant peeled and chopped
    1 cup baby carrots chopped
    1 can water chestnuts sliced
    1 can chili beans
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 large (or 2 reg sized) canned diced tomatoes
    1 can green chilies chopped
    garlic to taste
    chili powder to taste
    2 Tbsp Beef boullion

Directions

Brown turkey, add chopped and canned veggies,
add about 2 quarts water or more to taste, add spices and simmer for about 30 min.
