2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.90 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 1/2 can
2 serving Torani sugar free carmel syrup 2 tsp divided
0.75 serving Just Like Sugar Brown 1/3 C 37 grams net carbs (1/4 C)
.5 serving Just like sugar 150 g .33 cup (2.5 Tablespoons)
Tips
Be sure cream cheese is very soft before beginning
Directions
Make sure cream cheese is very soft, 8 hours at room temp or 20 second in microwave
Pour whipping cream in mixer bowl add vanilla and 1 tsp Carmel syrup start mixing and gradually add granulated sweetener, whip until peaks form
Scrape whipping cream into separate bowl
Add pumpkin, salt, spice and 1 tsp of Carmel sauce to mixer, mix at stir speed for 1 minute, add the cream cheese and mix on medium for 3-4 minutes until smooth
Add whipping cram to mixer and beat low speed to combine 1 minute
Remove and stir with spatula scraping sides to ensure all ngredients are combined
Spoon into bowls cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving
