Ingredients

1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned plain oatmeal
1 cup water
4 egg whites (large egg - separate egg white from yolk)
1 tbsp skim milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
3 packets Splenda
Directions
1. Heat skillet on low-medium heat and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
2. Separate eggs (white from yolk) and put in container with milk and beat lightly.
3. Pour egg into skillet, cover and cook for 2 min or until just firm, flip, turn heat off and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
4. While eggs are cooking mix oatmeal, splenda, cinnamon, cloves and water together.
5. Cook oatmeal in microwave for approximately 2 min/ 15 seconds (depends on strength of microwave).
6. Cut up egg and mix into oatmeal until blended well. Enjoy.
You can either put in a container and take to work or enjoy immediately.
