Ingredients

    100 grams Soya chunks
    2 cup Peas, frozen
    1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    3 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp soyabean oil
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

Put oil in pan. Put cumin seeds in oil. Put turmeric powder powder in oil. Now put tomato onion pury in hot oil. Fry it till it separates oil. Now put soya chunks. Cook on simmer. Serve it. Serving Size: Makes 6, 1 cup servings
