Ingredients

    2 cans cheese soup (substitute pepper jack cheese soup to make it spicy)
    1 can back beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can sweet yellow corn drained
    3 cups Minute rice, uncooked

    1.5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Onion Powder
    .5 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Cook rice to box specifications.

In a vary large pot or bowl mix rice and all other ingredients well.

Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Makes 8 one cup servings

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
