Ingredients

1/4 cup Canola Oil
2 lbs Tofu, firm
1/4 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
3/4 lb Carrots, raw - minced
3/4 lb Onions, raw - minced
3 cloves Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 tbsp Canola Oil
2 TBSP Dill

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a food processor, blend 1/4 cup oil and tofu until smooth. Pour the blended tofu into a bowl and fold in sunflower seeds. Set aside.
Saute onions, carrots and garlic in a medium skillet with 2 TBS canola oil (or less if you have a non-stick pan) until tender; drain.
Add sauteed vegetable mixture to the tofu. lend well and season with dill, salt and pepper. Pour into an oiled 4x7 incl bread pan and bake about an hour.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
