Great served over spaghetti squash. Great served over spaghetti squash.

Ingredients

    3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 large Onions, raw
    6 cup Zucchinni 1 cup raw chopped with skin (by SUNSHINE084)
    1 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
    1 can Canned Tomatoes
    12 fl oz Tomato juice, with salt added
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

Serve over pasta or spaghetti squash, or eat alone.


Directions

Saute onion and chicken until chicken starts to brown. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boild. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
