Ingredients

2.67 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    1 serving Beneprotein - 1 scoop or 1 1/2 Tbsp (by POODLEEMOM)
26.3 gram kodiak cake buttermilk protein packed
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    2 serving Egg white, large

Tips

Good for breakfast or snack.

Directions

Place ingredients in 2 cup glass measure in order listed. Points come from Kodiak mix (make sure you buy one listed.) This mixes very easily. Preheat the waffle iron, then spray with PAM before adding the mixture. Mine barely covered the entire square waffle maker.
I spray the finished waffle with "I can't Believe It's Not Butter " and then frozen blueberries that a put in microwave a minute or two. The blueberries make their own sauce and are zero points.

Add everything together: still 2 Smart Points.

Serving Size: Whole waffle
