This is really tasty and so easy to make! Add veggies to add nutritional value! This is really tasty and so easy to make! Add veggies to add nutritional value!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb lean ground turkey or lean ground beef, cooked
    8 oz low fat ricotta cheese
    2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp italian seasoning, optional
    salt , optional
    pepper, optional
    1/3 cup water
    8 whole wheat lasagna noodles
    cooking spray


Cook hamburger and season with italian seasonings. Add other seasonings as desired. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Break lasagna into small pieces, add to bottom of crock pot. (I add a little sauce and the water to the noodles and stir) Layer meat, sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cook in crockpot for 5 hours on low. Stir and serve.
