Ingredients

3 cup Chicken Broth (Sweet Sue) (by TSBYAMBER)
1.5 cup Great Value- Great Northern Bean
3 oz Baby Carrots, Raw (Kroger, about 1 cup)
2 cup, sliced Zucchini
1 cup Spinach, fresh
3 cup Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes (by LISAP142)
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Italian Seasoning, 5th Season
.33 tbsp Basil
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce (by ERTHMOM7)
4 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni
Tips
This is a mildly spicy soup. It is comparable to chicken tortellini soup.
If more spice is desired, taste the soup before adding more heat.
Directions
Leave cooker turned off until all ingredients except macaroni are in the cooker.
Slice sausage links about 1/4" thick and put into the slow cooker.
Slice baby carrots about 1/4" thick and add them.
Mince 3 cloves of garlic and add them.
Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth and beans, do not drain.
Cut spinach in thin slices and add to cooker.
Cut zucchini lengthwise and slice in 1/4" slices and stir them in.
Add basil, Italian seasoning, pepper, and hot sauce.
Cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, turn cooker to low and cook another hour.
About 45 minutes before serving time, add macaroni and stir it in.
Continue cooking on low and stir once in a while.
