    48.0 oz Beef chuck roast broiled or roasted
    16.0 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    4.0 fl oz Red Wine
    2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    9.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    3.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar

Directions

Flour beef in bite size chunks. Braise. Add to crock pot with remaining ingredients. Low cook 8 hours.
