Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (1 lb.) bag of Brussels sprouts
    2 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Trader Giotto's Glaze (balsamic0
    1/2 tsp MORTON® Coarse Kosher Salt
    1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt 50% Less Sodium Than Table Salt
    freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse sprouts in a colander, peel away any discolored leaves, chop off bottom stalk if it protrudes greatly from sprout, and slice each sprout in half length wise. Gently shake sprouts in a plastic gallon storage bag with olive oil and glaze, add salts and shake gently again to coat. Spread sprouts in one layer on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with pan spray. Crack pepper over sprouts to taste. Roast for 35 minutes, allow to cool slightly, and serve.
