    1 fl oz Lime Juice
    1.8 cup Hill Country Fair Chicken Broth
    1 serving Patak's Madras, (Hot cumin/Chile paste for sauces) 2 tbs (by LADYBAILEY)
    28 ounces of water
    Stevia (to taste)


Simmer all the ingredients. Season to taste with more hot sauce, basil or cilantro. Mushrooms are a traditional addition.
