Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz ground beef, 80% lean meat / 20% fat
    6 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef
    1.5 cup Mixed Vegetables - Del Monte Canned
    3 cup tap Water
    1.5 cup Diced Tomatos
    1.5 cup Tomato Sauce
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw, diced into .5 inch cubes
    .75 cup chopped Onions, raw, .5 inch diced
    1 cup cooked Pasta, Wagon Wheels or elbows
    .5 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp ground pepper

Directions

Pre-cook pasta. In separate soup pot, brown the ground beef, add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add water and Bouillon. Add diced potato and diced onion. Cook on medium heat until potato is softened. Add canned mixed vegetables and cooked pasta. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Serving Size: makes a big pot of soup, approximately 12 cups
