Ingredients

    2 sweet potato, 5" long Sweet potato
    2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) carrots, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) onions, raw
    2 cup vegetable broth
    4 clove garlic
    4 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    2.5 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    2 cup black beans
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp kosher salt


Directions

Cut sweet potatoes, carrots, and onions into small cubes. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook 10 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
