Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Garlic powder
    2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    20 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans
    0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
    1 cup "Great Value" Kidney Beans, Light Red (.5cups)
    6 tsp Knorr, Beef Bullion instant low sodium
    3.50 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    0.50 tsp Garlic Salt
    .5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    28 fl oz Water, tap

Directions

In a dutch oven, brown beef. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
