    454.0 Grams Baked Potato, with skin
    8.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    2.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    4.0 large Hard Boiled Egg
    2.0 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted
    1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    0.3 cup Lemon Juice
    4.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.0 cup Green Beans French style canned

Directions

Boil potatoes. Combine avocado, lemon, garlic, salt and cayenne in blender. Add other ingredients then top with dressing
