Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.50 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    6 oz Smithfield Boneless Ham Steak, 97% fat free
    3 serving Pineapple Ring - 1 Slice/Serving ~ 3' Diameter x 1/4' Thick
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)

Directions

1. Dice pineapple, ham, and pepper into 1/2in pieces
2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add oil
3. Mince garlic cloves and add to pan
4. Add the egg and scramble
5. Add ham and bell pepper and cook for 2min
6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Cook for 4-5min, stirring constantly
7. Divide into 2 bowls, chop the green onion and garnish each bowl with half of the onion

Serving Size: 2 large bowls
