Ingredients

    3 cup Spaghetti Squash
    3 serving Hormel Thick Cut Bacon (2 slices)
    1 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    4 cup Spinach, fresh
    51 gram(s) Cheese, Alouette Goat Cheese crumbles

Directions

Slice squash in to rings, spray cookie shit with olive oil, spray rings, s & p each side - cook 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Take it out to cool. And then use fork to make it in to spaghetti.
Slice bacon into 1" sections, cook over medium heat until edges brown, then turn heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes until fat is rendered. Drain off fat if needed.
Turn heat back to medium, deglaze with 1 T red wine
Turn heat back to low, add maple syrup.
Cook a bit more, add handfuls of spinach one at a time until all is cooked down.
Add in the spaghetti squash.
Add in the cheese.
Stir until well mixed and serve 1/2 each into bows. S&P to taste.
