Love tuna salad, this is with a kick of veges to serve over lettuce. Love tuna salad, this is with a kick of veges to serve over lettuce.

Ingredients

    1 Can Tuna, drained, (4 oz)
    2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
    5 Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
    1/3 Cup Onions, chopped
    1 Lrg Radish, chopped
    1/3 Cup Mayo
    1 tsp Celery Seed

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Add pepper or salt to taste.

Serve over lettuce with a side of cottage cheese.

Makes 4 servings = 1/2 Cup each serving
