Ingredients

6 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
3 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1.5 tsp Oregano, ground
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
0.5 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
1. Sauté thinly sliced onions and coarsely chopped garlic in olive oil until they become translucent (shiny) and season.
2. Add tomatoes and rest of the ingredients. Allow to simmer for an hour or if in a rush, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Tip: don't overcook the tomatoes as this removes the taste and freshness.
3. Pulse everything in a blender or food processor.
Taste and add additional seasoning if necessary.
Enjoy over Italian sausage, chicken parmesan, meatballs or as a dip for cheesy spinach bread.
