Ingredients

    Eggplant, fresh, 500 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

roast baingan on direct flame till its peel gets charred and peel it after cooling.
mash it and keep aside.
now for tadaka add onion and tomato into oil and saute it nicly add salt and chilly powder now mix mashed eggplant in this . and cook for 5-7 min on med flame occasional stirring is required.

serve with chapati and raita
