Introduction
Sprinkle strips of steak with garlic powder. Dissolve bouillon in 1/4 cup hot water and mix with cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and 1/2 tsp salt. Combine sliced onion and pepper, stewed tomatoes and mixture above in crock pot. Brown steak sprinkled with Garlic Powder in 2 tbs oil. Add to Crock pot Sprinkle strips of steak with garlic powder.
