Ingredients

    2.0 large Hard Boiled Egg
    0.5 oz Walnuts
    4.0 cup Earthbound Farm - Mixed Baby Greens
    2.0 serving Green Olive, Double Stuffed Jalapeno/Garlic (2 pcs.)
    0.5 cup Grapes, Red or Green seedless 25 grapes
    1.0 tbsp vegenaise
    1.75 serving sustainable seas solid albacore tuna in water
    0.33 serving spicy sweet relish: puckered pickle Co.

Directions

Hard boil eggs. While eggs are boiling, halve 8 grapes and slice 4 olives. When eggs are boiled, cooled and peeled, dice eggs and then combine in a bowl with tuna, vegenaise, grapes and relish. Layer tuna salad on bottom of jar. Add olives, then greens, then walnuts. Refrigerate jars until ready to eat. Serving Size: Makes two servings. Just divide in half and throw in two jars.
