Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. light cream cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. light Ranch dressing
    1 flour tortilla (6")
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped broccoli
    2 Tbsp. grated carrot
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped water chestnuts

Directions

Combine cream cheese and dressing. Spread on tortilla. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Chill at least 2 hours. Slice into 1" pinwheels
