Ingredients

96 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
4 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
1 serving HEB Pepperoni (16 Slices) (by SAILORDUDE2)
1 oz Tomatoes - Sam's Angel Sweet (Cherry 1 svr = 85g) (by TOMSTUMP)
.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions
Combine Parmesan Cheese, cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute and mix together (you may need to microwave another 30 seconds). Add eggs to cheese and continue stir together. Add Almond flour to mixture and blend all ingredients together. Line pizza sheet with parchment paper and roll out dough on paper. With a fork poke holes in dough, so that it will rise evenly. Place in pre-heated 425 degree over for about 10 to 12 minutes (ovens vary).
Ground 4 oz of ground beef, add onions and bell peppers (season to taste).
Once pizza dough is ready top with a TBP and half of pasta or pizza sauce, top with mozzarella cheese, cooked ground beef, pepperoni slices, sliced tomatoes, and top with a little more cheese. Place back in oven for another 8 -10 minutes.
Serving Size: 2 slices - cut into 10 slices
