Introduction
Bok choy cooked sous vide always ensures a well-cooked meal. Sesame Bok Choy uses several common Asian ingredients, such as ginger, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, to create a complex sauce that coats the bok choy. Plus, there's no cleanup, since you don’t need to use a pan for any part of the process. For a spicier dish, you can add some sriracha or other hot sauce to the sous vide bag. Ingredients

4 serving Baby Bok Choy (by MAGGIEMEI)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Ginger, ground
1 tbsp Fresh Garlic Minced (by PRNCSSPTCHWRK)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
PREPARE THE BOK CHOY
Preheat a water bath to 183°F (83.9°C).
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to thoroughly combine. Pour the mixture into a sous vide bag and arrange it in a single layer then seal the bag. Place the bag in the water bath and cook for 15 to 30 minutes, or until tender. Once the bok choy is tender remove the bag from the water bath.
TO ASSEMBLE
Take the bok choy out of the sous vide bag and place it in a bowl. Drizzle with the sesame oil, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, and serve.
