    6 oz. can tuna, canned in water, drained
    1 1/2 T Light Mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    12 grams dill pickle, finely chopped
    20 grams celery, finely chopped
    10 grams chopped red onion
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
