Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

8 oz Fage 0% Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS)
4 tsp Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning (by DSPTCHR911)
    1 serving Egg white, large

Tips

If dough is sticky, add a bit more flour; if dry/crumbly, add a bit more yogurt. Use flour on your hands when working with dough.
You can also make a sweet version with lemon extract and 1/3 cup frozen blueberries (add blueberries just before rolling into shape) and 1-2 packets of stevia. Or use different toppings like sesame seeds or sliced almonds. If using fruit, dice up before adding. It is easier to cut juicy fruits if they are frozen and just slightly thawed.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Prepare baking sheet with Parchment paper to line it
Drain water from yogurt as much as possible
Combine yogurt and flour. Once combined, knead on floured surface about 15 times. Cut dough into 4 equal sized pieces.
Roll into log, form into circle and pinch ends together to create bagel shape. Brush each side with egg white and top with bagel seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes.
Make sure to allow enough room for bagels to increase a bit in size.
