Ingredients

    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    0.33 cup, diced Celery, raw
    0.33 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    16 oz Wild Boar (100 g) (by MKNIOLA)
    16 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    32 fl oz White Wine

Directions

Add oil to pan. Brown meat. Add first four ingredients and sautee for 7 minutes over medium high heat or until vegetables are tender. Add wine and bring to a boil. cover and simmer for 3 hours.
