    454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    2 serving Newman's Own Organic Tomato Basil Sauce, 1/2 cup
    .5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    0.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees
meatloaf pan sprayed w/ canola oil
In middle bowl mix all ingredients until blended well
pour meatloaf into pan
bake for 60 monutes
