Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    2 clove Garlic
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    6 serving Green Bell Pepper (Whole Pepper) (by NLF2014)

Directions

1. Trim tops of peppers. Remove seeds and ribs. Set aside.
2. Place ground turkey in a large bowl; set aside
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add chopped onion, cook until onion is soft. Add in garlic. Cook 60 seconds. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
4. Add cauliflower rice, salt and pepper to ground turkey. Add cooked onion and garlic combo. Mix to combine. Stuff peppers with ground turkey mixture. Arrange in slow cooker. Pour tomato sauce over peppers.
5. Cook on low setting for 6 hours. Last 30 minutes, you can add cheese if you like
