Ingredients

    2, 6oz Cod fillets, frozen
    2.0 tsp Salt
    3 tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Preheat broiler, Pam spray a cookie sheet. Place frozen fish in pot. Mix together the water, salt, and sugar. Pour over fish. Fish should be fully covered by water. Add more if needed. Bring to boil and boil 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove from pot onto paper towels and blot dry. You can do this in the morning and store it in fridge to cook for dinner later. Discard pot of water. Place on cookie sheet and baste in butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil about 8 minutes per inch thickness of fish, or until nicely Browning on top. Remove from oven. Pour rest of butter on top. Serve. So, the amount of sodium and carbs is off because it's not being all used.
