Ingredients

    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
    0.33 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes (1 serving = 1/3 cup)
    3.5 oz Almond Dream Non-Dairy Yogurt
    1.3 tbsp Honey
    2 medium (2-1/4" dia) Figs, fresh
    0.25 oz (47 kernels) Pistachio Nuts

Directions

Mix water, vanilla and 1/4 cup of milk. Bring to boil and add quinoa flakes. Lower to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Just until thicken. Mix the yogurt and honey Slice each fig in fourths. Chop pistachios Place porridge in bowl top with honey yogurt mix and add figs and pistachios. Enjoy!
