12 serving Pillsbury Sugar Free Premium Classic Yellow Cake Mix (by RYNNINGNANA)
50 tbsp Whipped Cream, Cool Whip, Sugar Free (25 serv of 2TB each per 8 oz container)
63 gram(s) Egg Whites, Simply Egg Whites (2 eggs)
24 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Pillsbury Creamy Supreme milk chocolate frosting (2 Tbs or 35g per serving) (by SHAYLA-SHAYLA)
Tips
The frosting glaze can be slowly and evenly pour over the cake. This is just enough to add a little icing to the cake, without all the sugar.
Directions
Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass cake pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix the 8 oz cool whip with 2 egg whites with mixer until blended and fluffy. Slowly, add cake to the egg & cool whip mixture until smooth and creamy. Then fold in the chocolate chips, that is about 1/2 cup. The pour batter into the glass pan.
Place into center of the oven. Bake for 30 minutes, cake will have a light golden color.
While cake is cooling, in a very small microwave safe bowl, place 4 tbsp of Chocolate Frosting. Place bowl in the microwave for 5 secs. Then drizzle the frosting over the cake.
