Introduction

This is one of my Arab husband's favorites. He says it tastes more authentic than what he orders in restaurants. I serve it with Bridget May's Famous Hummus, pita, rice, feta, my tzatziki-like sauce, and green olives if I have them. Delicious and nutritious. This is one of my Arab husband's favorites.
