Ingredients

    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    4 tsp Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom
    24 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)

Directions

Salmon:
Heat the oil in a heavy bottom skillet over medium-high heat, add the salmon, seasoned with the cajun seasoning, and cook until deeply golden brown to slightly blackened before flipping and repeating for the other side.

Salsa:
Mix everything and enjoy on the salmon
