Introduction

I wanted comfort food without a lot of calories. This would be great served as a side dish or over pasta or a potato, but I just ate it like stew and it was awesome. Add some garlic if you have some - I just sprinkled garlic salt on at the end. I wanted comfort food without a lot of calories. Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    Italian seasoning
    1/2 c Turkey (or whatever meat you want), precooked
    1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1 can Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans, drained
    1.73 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen

Directions

Saute onion and seasoning in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients and heat through until bubbly.
