Ingredients

    1 single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 TBS Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
    1 cup Light Corn Syrup
    3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/3 cup lite Margarine
    3 whole Eggs, beaten
    1 cup chopped Pecans

Directions

Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Pour pecans into bottom of pie shell and pour syrup mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, cover top and crust with foil, and bake an additional 30 minutes or until pie sets. If too jiggly, cover and cook an additional 20 minutes. Allow to cool several hours or overnight. Slice into 12 slices and enjoy!
