Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    80 oz GREAT VALUE Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless 4oz (Raw) - *NMF* (by NMFITNESS)
    1 cup Salsa
    2 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix

Tips

I love this on 1/2 c cooked cauliflower rice for a low carb meal!


Directions

1. Prep Chicken breasts- cut into chunks and place in a hot skillet sprayed with Pam cooking spray.
2. Brown the chicken on all sides.
3. Add the salsa and taco seasoning. If you need water, add 1/2 cup.
4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir often.
5. Uncover and simmer to reduce the liquid until a nice sauce has developed. Stir often.
6. Serve. Top with sour cream, cheese, salsa, or whatever you would like.
