Ingredients

    6.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    3.0 serving Ideal lean protein powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    4.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2.0 1tsp Coconut Oil
    0.25 cup Honey

Directions

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and add wet ingredients. Divide equally into greased muffin tins. Top with desired toppings. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Store in airtight container. Freezes well.
