Ingredients

    3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    32 oz Yukon Gold Potato (by IHEARTTEACHART)
    16 oz Wegman's Organic Stew Beef
    3.5 cup Wegmans Diced Tomatoes - No Salt Added (by MARKA29)
    4 cup Wegmans FYFGA Broth, Organic, Beef Flavored (by JTPMOM)
    7 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    6 cup Vegetable Juice, No Salt Added, WEGMANS FYFGA (by LIZ_JOHNSON)
    2 tbsp Wegmans Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    .75 cup Wegmans Frozen Sweet Peas (by MADMEX)
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Directions

1. Add olive oil
2. Brown meat with garlic, salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes
3. Add vegetables and saute until softened for 5-7 minutes
4. Add remaining ingredients
5. Heat to boil
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours until beef is tender to taste
