Ingredients

8 serving Oscar Mayer Natural uncured bacon (by MIYADR)
12 oz Bob Evans savory sage sausage, cooked (by JKHAWK8)
1 cup Horizon Organic Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (by FAHREDB)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Horizon Organic shredded (by SHERRIW70)
8 serving Eggs Large Brown Cage Free, Grain Feed & Free Roaming (1 egg)
2 tbsp Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream (by LIBBYGI)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Whisk eggs and heavy cream together
Pour into lightly greased 9x13
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top of egg mixture.
Sprinkle prepared bacon and sausage or top.
Top with remaining cup of cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake and additional 5-10 minutes until the egg is cooked and the top is lightly browned.
Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
