Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    1/2 C Cream, heavy whipping
    2 oz Cheese, cream original(28g)
    2 cup Cheese, Cheddar, Shredded
    1 1/2 T Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1. Cut cauliflower into small florets - Boil covered with water until tender crisp - drain - set aside.
2. Simmer cream - whisk together with cubed creme cheese, mustard & seasonings.
3. Add 1 1/2 C cheese - stir until melted - pour over cauliflower & toss to coat - bake at 375 for 20 minutes til bubbly - add remaining cheese - bake until melted.
4. Remove from oven and serve.
