    0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2.0 tbsp Sour Cream
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Garlic powder
    2.0 tsp Onion powder
    2.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.0 tbsp Basil
    1.0 tsp Salt
    32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck


Mix all ingredients well, adjust seasonings to taste. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 F oven for 20 minutes or until done. May brown on stove top if desired. Use in sauce or as you wish. Serving Size: Makes 21 meatballs
