Ingredients

1 1tsp Olive Oil
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 clove Garlic
21 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
1 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp Salt
2 cup Spinach, fresh
16.4 oz Radish, Fresh
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
50 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded
.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1.preheat oven to 375.
2. In my own over med heat heat olive oil,then add onion.
3. Sure onion until golden.
4. Add garlic, ground beef, 1tsp salt and 1\2tsp pepper. Cook until Brown and cooked through.
5. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
6. Grate radishes, and wring out til dry.
7. In bowl, add shredded radish, egg, remainingvsalt and peppper, onion and garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Mix til combined.
8. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Place 1cup mixture in bowl and spread around sides of bowl.c
9. Sprinkle 1\4 of cheese on top and then add 1\4of ground beef mixture
10. Pick up sides of plastic wrap and close radish mixture, twisting to create a sealed ball.
11. Chill for 30 minutes.
12. Remove plastic wrap and place balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy and brown.
