Ingredients

1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
10 oz of mixed (white & dark meat) Rotisserie Chicken
1.50 cups Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk)
8 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
Tips
I buy a Rotisserie chicken, remove all the meat (discard skin, fat & bones), cut it into bite-sized pieces & freeze in 10 oz batches.
Directions
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 350.
Mix soup & sour cream. set aside
Place a scoop (1/4 c.) along one side of each tortillas. On chicken, sprinkle 1 TBL cheese & 2 TBL of the sour cream/soup mix.
Roll up each tortilla & place in pan seam side down
Spoon & smooth the remaining sour cream/soup mix on top of the tortillas. Evenly across the top of the tortillas, sprinkle the remaining cheese.
Cover loosely with foil & bake for 25 mins. Remove foil & back for another 10 mins to brown the top.
