Ingredients

    1.5 cup Bush's Black Beans
    1.5 cup Bush's Chili Beans
    3.25 cup Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic, No salt added
    1.25 cup Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original
    1.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    100.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    2.0 cup Vegetable Broth
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.5 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 tbsp Ground Cumin
    1.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)

Directions

Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and set for 5 minutes on the manual setting. Once finished, allow to pressure to naturally release. Serve with brown rice and garnish with pickled jalapeno slices, fresh cilantro and nutritional yeast.
