Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    2 large Onions, raw
    2 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions
    2 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) or to taste
    1 tbsp Cumin - Ground, McCormick (1 tbsp) (by MIKEGINA)
    2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 tbsp Chili powder or to taste
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Peel onions and slice thinly.
In a large saucepan brown and chop up the ground turkey. Add the onions and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Lightly chop the stir fry mix. Add to the mix in the pan. Add the tomato paste, rice, and water and stir well. Add the spices and allow to simmer for about 40 to 50 minutes until the rice is cooked and tender.
